Kelvaro is software for businesses that repeatedly onboard, assign, approve, and pay independent contractors across changing jobs, events, projects, tours, charters, productions, and client work.

Moving money is only one step in paying a contractor. Before a payout can be explained, a business needs to know who performed the work, which job generated the cost, what rate was agreed, what work was completed, who approved the amount, what payment was submitted, and whether it reconciled successfully.
Kelvaro is designed to keep those records connected so operations and finance do not have to reconstruct the story from scheduling tools, spreadsheets, messages, tax-form folders, and bank transactions after every job.
Software does not determine whether a worker is legally an employee or an independent contractor. Classification depends on the actual working relationship and the laws that apply.
Kelvaro also does not replace legal, tax, accounting, or payroll advice. Public educational content is intended to make operational workflows and authoritative source material easier to understand, not to make a legal determination for a specific business.
