Controlled pilot for accounting firms
Kelvaro is developing a firm workspace for multi-client contractor records, readiness, payment operations, reconciliation, and year-end handoff. The current offer is a controlled pilot, not a generally available accounting suite.
Client workspaces
Keep client organizations separated
Use distinct client workspaces so contractor records, access, jobs, payout obligations, and reporting remain scoped to the correct organization.
Readiness
Find tax-document gaps before year end
Track W-9/W-8 workflow status, year-to-date records, and missing information without treating Kelvaro as the final tax or filing authority.
Payments
Keep approval separate from money movement
Kelvaro preserves the controlled sequence from approved obligation to customer funding, settlement, contractor transfer, and reconciliation.
Auditability
Preserve an operational record
Keep client-scoped activity and payout records available for review instead of rebuilding the history from email, spreadsheets, and payment-provider screens.
Team access
Use role and client boundaries
Firm teams should give each user only the access required for the client organizations and workflows they actually support.
Year end
Prepare an accountant or filing-provider handoff
Use readiness and export workflows to identify gaps and prepare records for the qualified adviser or filing provider responsible for final filing decisions.
Kelvaro is not publishing a canonical accounting-firm price, volume tier, add-on schedule, service-level guarantee, or self-serve free-trial promise while the firm workflow is still being acceptance-tested. Any pilot terms are confirmed directly during onboarding.
Use your own client count, annual hours, and internal value of time. This calculator estimates your current manual workload only; it does not assume a Kelvaro price or promise savings.
Scenario estimate only. It does not represent Kelvaro pricing or guaranteed savings.
Not yet. Kelvaro is validating the accounting-firm workflow in a controlled pilot. Availability, onboarding scope, and commercial terms are confirmed directly during onboarding.
Not in the current controlled pilot. Kelvaro supports tax-document workflows, threshold monitoring, year-to-date records, readiness review, and export/accountant handoff. Native 1099 e-filing remains unreleased.
Not in the current controlled pilot. QuickBooks and Xero integration work is treated as unreleased until a specific integration is acceptance-tested and made available.
No canonical public firm price or self-serve trial should be assumed. Controlled-pilot commercial terms are confirmed during onboarding while the firm offer and billing model are acceptance-tested.
No. Kelvaro provides workflow and recordkeeping controls. Worker classification, filing population, filing deadlines, tax treatment, and legal or tax advice remain the responsibility of the customer and its qualified advisers.
